Your Order: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.

Free gifts received with the order: The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along in case of return or damaged of the originally delivered product.

Use of Discount Vouchers: Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.
