The fragrance brand began in 2006, around when the label was formed. Tom Ford had already achieved success as a creative director for Gucci, having brought the company out of its slump. He also worked for Perry Ellis. His label now includes the sale of clothing, cosmetics, accessories, shoes, and eyewear. Outside of fashion design, Tom is involved in film directing.
